Description: 32mm PP cap with 25mm IV rubber disc and PP liner assembled in cleanroom class 10,000.
Natural color for PP cap, Light gray for rubber disc.
We supply plastic CHILD RESISTANCE CAPs for tablet bottles with neck finish 33mm, 38mm, 45mm, 53mm; and also can provide normal plastic caps and metal screw caps to match the bottles.
Available Sizes Range: 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 28mm,33mm.
Outer cap: made of phenolic resin, commonly known as bakelite; Inner cone cap: made of PE.
Suitable for Boston Round Bottles from 1/2oz to 32oz in different colors.
Suitable for glass dropper bottle with 18mm-415 neck finish and Boston Round Bottles with GPI 400 neck finish.
Available design: CR cap (Child Resistance dropper cap) and normal design with tamper evidence ring for dropper bottles with 18mm-415; CR cap and normal design for Boston Round Bottles with GPI400 neck finish.
18mm-415 neck finish: DIN 18mm screw neck finish is the most widely used standard of glass dropper bottle and designed to control the distributing dose of medicines and essential oil products, often referred to as GL18, JY18. Its typical dimension is with inner diameter 10.65mm, outer screw diameter 17.75mm and skirt diameter 20mm.
GPI 400 neck finish: including 18mm-400, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 28mm.
