The 3BS30-12-2 molding machine is equipped with hot-end testing, automatic machine lubrication, cooling system, alkalinity reduction system, to ensure the stability of water resistance, the whole process to protect the vial from contact with metal, reduce appearance defects.

We are ramping up the existing type I tubular vials and prefilled syringe production in anticipation of the huge demand of packaging for COVID-19 vaccine supply. At the same time, we are also increasing investment to increase the further capacity and a variety of options for potential pharmaceutical companies that are vaccine producers in the coming future. In August, we have Developed a 2ml moulded type I vaccine vial which can be used as a substitute of tubular vial.
